What we process
On a flight request: your name, email address, optionally a phone number, the passenger count and your message. On a route registration: your email address, the route, your date range, passenger count and optionally a ceiling price.
Why we process it
To put your request in front of the operator, to tell you when a matching empty leg comes along, and to send you a confirmation. We do not use your data for anything else.
Who we share it with
Only with the operator flying the leg you requested, and with the service providers we need in order to function: our hosting provider and our email sender. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and to meet our record keeping obligations. A route registration is kept until you cancel it.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion at any time, and stop your route registration whenever you want. Send a message to the contact address to do so.
